Bath Salts

The use of synthetic drugs has become more prevalent since 2007. Bath Salts or Synthetic Cathinones were first made illegal in Missouri in 2011 when House Bill 641 was signed by Gov. Jay Nixon. Law enforcement at municipal, county, state and federal levels have increasingly stepped up their aggressive policing tactics to find those in possession of bath salts.

If you or a loved one has been charged with possession of synthetic drugs, designer drugs or bath salts in Missouri, JCS Law can help! John Schleiffarth defends those facing charges of possession, possession with intent to distribute, distribution or illegal sale of Ivory Wave, Energy 1, Cloud 9, Purple Dragon, Stardust and any other synthetic drugs.

These cases are based on the possession of an unknown substance that must be tested and proved to be an illegal compound under Missouri law.
